Pilot Registrations

• Pilots must have a minimum of 50 hours as PIC before June 1, 2013
  
• Official Pilot / Balloon Entry Form
• Official Hot Air Balloon Entry Agreement
• Photograph of balloon (if we don’t already have it)

• Must be able to fly two people per day

We are limited to 35 spaces this year, on a first come first serve basis.

Please forward all of the above materials on or before
 June 1, 2013. 

We will need to see the following at registration or you can mail, e-mail or fax copies to minimize your time at registration.  Documents need to be clear and legible if e-mailing or faxing.

Aircraft/Pilot Documentation

• Copy of Pilot certificate (both sides)
• Copy of Pilot log book with current flight review
• Copy of Aircraft Registration
• Copy of Aircraft Airworthy Certificate
• Copy of Logbook 100 hour/annual
