Once again the Ruby Mountain Balloon Festival organized by Ruby Mountain Hot Air, Inc. is offering community members, area organizations
and businesses the opportunity to sponsor our balloonists. Five levels of sponsorship are being offered this year giving you a choice of
packages. The prices range from $250 for the Family Level to the $5,000 Platinum (Event Sponsor) Level. There will again be a
“Sponsor Night” that is your opportunity to meet the pilots, crew, other sponsors, and festival organizers as you enjoy delicious hors de
oeuvres and Elko hospitality at the Hilton Garden Inn!
FAMILY: ($250)
- Family name will be listed as a sponsor in the Festival Program
- Balloon flight for two people during one day of festival, Friday OR Saturday OR Sunday*
- Two tickets for Thursday’s “Sponsor Night” Event
- Two Collectible Festival Pins
- One Festival Program
BRONZE: ($500)
- You will receive one business card size ad in the Festival Program**
- A pilot will advertise your 3’ x 5’ banner on their basket throughout the Festival
- Balloon flights for two people on Saturday and Sunday of the Festival
- Four tickets for Thursday’s “Sponsor Night” Event
- Four tickets for Sunday’s Award Brunch
- Two Collectible Festival Pins
- One Collectible Festival Poster
- One Festival Program
SILVER: ($1,000, Everything the BRONZE PACKAGE offers, PLUS)
- You will receive one half-page ad in the Festival Program**
- Balloon flights for two people on Saturday and Sunday of the Festival
- Two Collectible Festival T-shirts
GOLD: ($2,500, Everything the SILVER PACKAGE offers, PLUS)
- You will receive one full-page ad in the Festival Program**
- Balloon flights for two people on Saturday and Sunday of the Festival
- Two Collectible Festival Jackets/Shirts
PLATINUM (EVENT) SPONSOR: For $5,000 your business would be an EVENT sponsor. You will receive one full-page ad in the Festival
program along with Four Collectible Festival Pins, Four Collectible Festival T-shirts, and Four Collectible Festival Jackets/Shirts.
Balloon flights for two people Friday, Saturday AND Sunday. A pilot may advertise your approximate 15’ x 30’ banner containing your
company logo on their balloon envelope throughout the festival. No other form of advertising can compete with the burst of color or
the shear size of a hot air balloon against a perfect blue sky displaying your business logo. It will be apparent to all that you are active
in the community and enjoy participating in the Ruby Mountain Balloon Festival!***
